"Drowning" - Matilde
This dear friend of mine was taking a midnight bath with friends. The water was black for the darkness of the night. The sea was rough and, at a certain point, Matilde has been overwhelmed by a wave that kept her under water, disoriented, she could not see anything, total darkness, water in her throat.
Fortunately she is fine, but in her nightmares she relives those moments. The most terrifying thing about her nightmares is that she can't breathe because she becomes one with the water that chokes her. In her nightmares, she is the water.
